Delivery & Returns
For all domestic and international orders - the prices will show at your checkout once you have added your products to your basket.
Please Note: Orders placed before 2 pm each working day will be dispatched the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Important: Please be sure to double-check your delivery and product details before placing the order, as we cannot change any order details. If you enter any incorrect details including delivery Address and Postcode we cannot change it for you in time. All customs charges are liable to the customer themselves and Mug Made will not take any responsibility for this.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED BY COURIER AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT. IF YOU REQUEST THE PARCEL TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE, IT IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND MUG MADE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR THEFT OF THE PARCEL.
Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 1/12/2018
We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 7 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 7 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products Thank you! *Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).
IMPORTANT: All refunds can only be issued if the returns form is filled in and an invoice is attached and sent back to us with your unwanted item. (scroll down for more details on how to do this.)
Payment for the return?
Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.
How to make the return?
All orders can be returned by post following the below 3 Steps:
- Send us an email to email@example.com to receive your returns form
- Package your items carefully and include your invoice and completed returns form within the package & label your package.
- Make sure ALL items are UNOPENED (Anything that is returned opened, won’t be refunded and will be disposed of).
Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you with confirmation once we have received your parcel and your refund has been completed.
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a posting certificate and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
