Raspberry & White Chocolate Mug Cake

It takes 5 minutes from start to finish, and tastes like a little piece of heaven with a moist, cakey outside and a gooey, saucy inside, it’s hard to believe it’s made in the MICROWAVE!


Raspberry & White Chocolate Mug Cake Ingredients

Mug Made – Vanilla Sponge Mug Cake Mix

3 tablespoons skim milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 ½ tablespoons of blueberries

1 ½ tablespoons of white chocolate buttons

I know what you’re probably thinking – you don’t have cake ingredient lying around the house, we’ve got you covered with our Vanilla Sponge Mug Cake mix the only thing you’ll need is butter, milk, raspberries and white chocolate buttons.



Into a coffee mug add: 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 1 sachet of Mug Made Vanilla Sponge mug cake mix and milk. Mix to combine.

Drop in raspberries and white chocolate buttons then mix until the raspberries & chocolates are evenly spread into the

Microwave on high for one minute and 20 seconds.
